KY Department of Agriculture certified "specialty" jelly is made from plants and produce organically grown in my KY raised beds.  {EXCEPTION is the Lavender Vanilla Jelly.  Culinary Lavender buds, Lavender Extract and Lavender Syrup comes from my Home State of Michigan. } Hand picked, hand processed Rose Petals, Apple Mint Leaves, Dandelions, all unsprayed and hand washed are used for the unique taste of each jar.
